As part of the client’s overall strategy to better secure inventory and improve fulfilment, the Supply team was tasked to evaluate several warehouse strategy options and a provide a warehouse strategy recommendation based on site plan options and growth plans.
The project objective was to ensure the timely supply of production materials and machine spares to the portal/drift to minimise production downtime, and maximise site efficiency.

The client received a number of warehousing strategies to support their projected production forecasts. In addition, internal pre-feasibility documentation was completed to initiate the internal Feasibility Study process.
